Privacy policy

litchy (litchy.shop) is a fashion discovery site run by Desi Tek AI Business Solutions Private Limited. You describe what you want; we discover live listings and send you to the retailer. We are not a marketplace. We do not take payment or keep a cart.

What we collect

Account. If you join with email: name, Women/Men catalog, and age. If you continue with Google: your Google name and email — not your Gmail inbox. We use the Women/Men shop already on this device so we can sign you in and remember which catalog you use.

Chat. Discover messages stay in this browser. We do not send discover query text as an analytics event parameter to Mixpanel, Meta, Google, or similar tools.

Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records sessions so we can see how the site is used, including the chat screen. Discover text in the composer is masked where we have marked it; the rest of the chat UI can still appear in a recording.

Mixpanel. We log events such as page views, discover started, and click-out to a retailer (hostname only). We do not send discover query text, photos, emails, or passwords.

Meta Pixel. We use Meta's pixel so we can run ads and see if they brought someone to litchy. We send PageView, Search (when a discover starts — not the words you typed), ViewContent on a product page, AddToWishlist when you save a piece, and Lead when you tap Shop. Meta may still see the page address in your browser, including Search URLs.

Google Ads. We use Google's tag so we can run ads and see if they brought someone to litchy. We send page_view, search (when a discover starts — not the words you typed), view_item on a product page, add_to_wishlist when you save a piece, and generate_lead when you tap Shop. Google may still see the page address in your browser, including Search URLs.

Google Tag Manager and Analytics. We load Google Tag Manager and Google's tag so we can run Analytics reports. Discover words are not sent as event parameters. Google may still see the page address in your browser, including Search URLs.

Cookies and similar storage. Used for sign-in, your Women/Men shop, and analytics.

When you click a product

We send you to the retailer with a tagged link. That is an affiliate click-out: if you buy there, we may earn a commission. Shopify brands on litchy can add a small litchy pixel on their store. That pixel only tells us the order number and amount — not your name, email, address, or payment details. Their site has its own privacy policy. Payment, delivery, and returns are between you and the retailer — see our terms.
