litchy (litchy.shop) is a fashion discovery site run by Desi Tek AI Business Solutions Private Limited. You describe what you want; we hunt live listings and send you to the retailer. We are not a marketplace and we do not take payment or keep a cart.

What we collect

Account. If you join: email, name, Women/Men catalog, and age — so we can sign you in and remember which shop you use.

Style Passport. Sizes, brands, colours, budgets, and hard nos. These live on this device. If you are signed in, we sync them so they can follow you.

Chat. Hunt messages stay in this browser. We do not send the text of your hunt to Mixpanel.

Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records sessions so we can see how the site is used. That includes the chat screen. Hunt text in the composer is masked where we have marked it; the rest of the chat UI can still appear in a recording.

Mixpanel. We log events such as page views, hunt started, and click-out to a retailer (hostname only). We do not send hunt query text, photos, emails, passwords, or passport fields.

Cookies and similar storage. Used for sign-in, your Women/Men shop, and analytics.

When you click a product

We send you to the retailer. If you buy there, we may earn a commission. Their site has its own privacy policy.

Your rights in India

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete account data. Write to hello@litchy.shop. Chat and passport data on this device can also be cleared by signing out and clearing site data in your browser.
